Set up a virtual IBAN

You may follow the steps below to create one:

1. Go to the Jeton website and sign in to your Personal Area.
2. Go to Profile Settings.
3. Upload your documents for verification.
4. Once verified, go to the main page.
5. Tick the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy box.
6. Click Sign In.
7. Choose JetonGo from the menu.
8. Click Activate for IBAN activation.

 

Deposit using JetonGo

To top up your trading account using JetonGo:

1. Go to the Deposit section in your Personal Area, and click JetonGo.

2. Select the trading account you would like to top up, enter the deposit amount, and click Next.

3. You will be shown a summary of the transaction. Check the details and click on Confirm Payment.

4. After confirming the payment, you will be directed to a page with a QR code.

5. Open your Jeton wallet mobile app and scan the QR code to complete the transaction.

You’ll receive the funds in your trading account within a couple of minutes.

 

Withdrawal using JetonGo

To withdraw funds using JetonGo:

1. Click JetonGo in the Withdrawal section of your Personal Area.

2. Select the trading account you would like to withdraw funds from, choose your withdrawal currency, and specify the withdrawal amount in your account currency. Click Next.

3. A summary of the transaction will be shown. Enter the verification code sent to you either by email or SMS depending on your Personal Area security type. Click Confirm withdrawal.

4. You will be redirected to a page where you should enter your Jeton wallet ID and click on Confirm.

Your withdrawal should be credited to your virtual IBAN within 24 hours.
