How to authorize your bank card

Before making your first deposit using your bank card, you will need to authorize it in your Personal Area as well as fully verify your profile.
 

Only cards supporting 3D-Secure are accepted at Exness.

To authorize your bank card:
  1. Go to the Deposit section in your Personal Area.
  2. Click Credit card, choose the trading account, deposit currency and deposit amount, then click Next.
  3. Click Add new card, enter the card number, card expiration date and 3-digit CVV code; select the preferred currency; and, confirm the payment by entering 3DS code on the bank page.
 

How to deposit on Exness using a bank card

Once you’ve authorized your bank card, you can use it to deposit funds. The minimum deposit amount via a bank card is USD 3 or equivalent in your account currency, while the maximum amount is USD 10,000. To make a deposit via your bank card:
  1. In the Deposit section of your Personal Area, select Credit card.
  2. Select the trading account, currency and deposit amount.
  3. Choose the card you would like to use to make a deposit, entering its expiration date, CVV code, and the cardholder’s name. Click Continue.
  4. A summary of the transaction will be shown. Click Confirm payment.
  5. You will be redirected to the page where you need to confirm the transaction.


Deposit processing time and fees

Deposits using a bank card are carried out instantly, usually within a few seconds. In some cases it may take up to a maximum of 24 hours.

As for processing fees, deposits are completely free of charge.

How to request a refund

Withdrawals to a bank card are always processed as refunds**, therefore they must be made in the same exact amounts as the deposits.
 

For example, let’s say that you deposited USD 100, your withdrawal to your bank card should also be exactly USD 100. Any profits that you may have on the account can only be withdrawn after all the deposits have been refunded.

You will not be able to withdraw more than your deposit unless you refund your deposit first.

The minimum and maximum amount that you can refund will always be the same amount set for depositing.

To request a refund:
  1. In the Withdrawal section of your Personal Area, select Credit card.
  2. Choose account number and the account currency.
  3. Choose a deposit transaction to be refunded.
  4. Click Refund.
  5. Enter the verification code sent to you either by email or SMS (depending on your Personal Area security type). Click Confirm withdrawal.

**If you are unable to make a refund of your deposits, you can wait 90 days from the date of your deposit and make a withdrawal of an amount that is lesser than the deposited amount.


How to request a refund if your bank card has expired

When your bank card has expired and the bank has issued a new card linked to the same bank account, the refund process is straightforward. You may submit your refund request in the usual way:
  1. Go to Withdrawal in your Personal Area and select Bank card.
  2. Select the transaction related to the expired bank card.
  3. Proceed with the withdrawal process.
However, if your expired card isn’t linked to a bank account because your account has been closed, you should contact the Support Team and provide proof regarding this. We will then inform you what you should do to request a refund on another available Electronic Payment System.


How to request a refund if your bank card has been lost or stolen

In the event that your card has been lost or stolen, and can no longer be used for withdrawals, please contact the Support Team with proof regarding the circumstances of your lost/stolen card. We can then assist you with your withdrawal if the necessary account verification has been satisfactorily completed.

How to withdraw profit to your bank card

Once you have refunded all your deposits, you’ll be able to withdraw your profit to your bank card. The minimum amount of profit you can withdraw to your bank card is USD 6, while the maximum is USD 10,000 per transaction.

To make a withdrawal:
  1. In the Withdrawal section of your Personal Area, select Credit card.
  2. Choose account number.
  3. Select the card you would like to withdraw to, currency, and the amount to be withdrawn in your account currency. Specify your address, city, state and ZIP code.
  4. A summary of the transaction will be shown on your screen. Enter the verification code sent to you either by email or SMS (depending on your Personal Area Security Type). Click Confirm withdrawal.


Refund and profit withdrawal processing time and fees

A refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to reach your account and is free of charge.
 

Note: If a refund is made within 24 hours of the deposit transaction, it will be carried out instantly.

Profit withdrawal may take from 1 minute up to 7 business days, and there is no commission.
