How to login to Personal Area and Manage Them in Exness

How to login to your Personal Area:

To login to your Personal Area, use the following credentials:

    • Your Personal Area Login: This is the email address you registered with.
    • Your Personal Area Password: This is the password you set upon registration.

How to Manage your Personal Area Settings

Please note that it is not possible to change the following:

  • Account Type: This cannot be changed once registered, but you can open a new account and choose a different account type for it.
  • Account Currency: You can open a new account and set that to a different account currency though.
  • Account Email: You will need to register an entirely new account to set a different account email.
  • Secret Word: Once set this cannot be changed, so this is important to remember.

Now, log in to your Personal Area and we can get started.

Personal Area Password

  1. Choose Settings in the Personal Area.
  2. Enter in your old password.
  3. Set a new password and re-enter it below.
  4. Click Change Password to confirm the change.

Your new Personal Area Password is now set.

Personal Information

  1. Choose Settings in the Personal Area.
  2. Click on Personal information.
  3. From here you can review your information and add an additional phone number.
  4. Click Save to confirm if you add another phone number.

Security Type

Please note that if you chose high security (mobile phone), you cannot change this to low security (email).

If you have low security, you can change to high security by following these steps:

  1. Choose Settings in the Personal Area.
  2. Click on Security type.
  3. Select the high security option, which uses the phone number chosen upon registration by default.
  4. Click Save to confirm your settings.

Notification Settings

  1. Choose Settings in the Personal Area.
  2. Click on Notification settings.
  3. Tick or untick Notify about new clients to start or stop receiving notifications about your newly registered clients.
  4. Click Save to confirm your settings.
